The holiday home is great for families and couples, it is nicely spacious, the swimming pool invites you to bathe. For the price, you really can't say much. Unfortunately, the beach is a bit further away. The city center can be reached in a few minutes.

Price-performance ratio great. Except for one bedroom, the others are rather tiny. Whirlpool, sauna, pool all excellent. Kitchen could be a little more extensively equipped.

We were in this house last year as well. It is clean, the pool area is great. We had a good rest. Our granddaughter was also enthusiastic again.

A very nice holiday home in a very quiet location. It is about a 15-minute walk to the beach. The walk is very pleasant through nature. The house has enough outdoor seating options to enjoy the great weather (we were here in summer). The pool and wellness area was very clean. The house has a great layout between the wellness/dining and living as well as sleeping areas. We would definitely book the house again.

So far everything is perfect, except for the mentioned amount Repair the foosball table, make the TVs operational so everything works. The whole game consoles, etc., and ambiguous TV channels, there were only three and Danish 99. Unsatisfactory for German vacationers.

The mattress in the baby bed. Squeegee in the pool area. The sofa. The grill. Shower curtain/squeegee in the bathroom in the pool area. The dryer.

Beautiful house, pictures old house black now white. Solar panels, nice pool, unfortunately showers only with curtains so bathroom always wet afterwards. Grill accessories missing (tongs, grill brush, ignition stand broken). Quiet despite proximity to the main road, little garden. No roofing, however, many seating options outside. Sandbox not maintained.

The house was as described. We felt comfortable overall, but some smaller things could have been improved: e.g. shower curtains and mop in the bathroom. Compared to other houses in the holiday area, it is noticeable that the house (both outside and inside) is already a bit dated. The interior could be designed more lovingly. Except for one room, the rooms are very small, but we managed with 5 adults and 2 children. The best thing about the house is the pool area! With pool, whirlpool, and sauna, perfect activities for all ages. The outdoor area is also quite generous - you have everything you need (loungers, garden furniture, swing, sandbox). The location is great (20 minutes to the beach, about 20 minutes to the shopping street). We had a nice week in Blåvand! In the pool area bathroom, there was a moldy mop - that could have been replaced. Renew shower curtains or exchange them for shower doors. Electrical sockets are missing in the small bathroom. Basically, the furnishing looks slightly worn (except for the kitchen) and with more attention to detail, the house could be made a bit more homely.

The layout of the house is nice, but it needs a bit of love all around, some new windows, and updates in the kitchen. The kitchen is nice and new, but many things are missing. The cooktops are faulty the microwave is damaged, punctured windows do not look nice

Great house in a quiet location. Very nice pool area. 1 bedroom is very large, and the other is very small. But completely sufficient for sleeping.

We were very satisfied. It was clean and cozy. The spa area is great. We had problems with the underfloor heating. We reported this, and within 1 hour the friendly technician "Jens" came and resolved the problem. The outdoor area by the terrace still has a little potential, but maybe that will change when the summer season arrives.

The holiday home is cozily and charmingly furnished. We especially liked the kitchen as well as the pool area. Both the slide, whirlpool, and sauna were our absolute highlights. The house is a bit small for 8 people, but for us 5 adults, it was very suitable. The bathroom in the main area is a bit small, which is why we mostly used the bathroom in the pool area. The terraces are very generously designed and a grill is also provided. In rainy weather, we could also keep ourselves busy with foosball and darts very well. We would book the house again!

Nice cozy holiday home with many highlights to relax, feel comfortable, and have fun. Well-thought-out, modern living concept. Great customer service and very polite, respectful interaction. The most important tips, instructions, and recommendations are easy to find. You feel completely safe and well taken care of.

The house is in a good state of renovation. No mold in the pool and bathroom. The room sizes are okay, ranging from very small to large. The living, dining, and kitchen areas are absolutely sufficient, we were 5 adults and 3 dogs (2 large dogs) and we had no problems.

The holiday home is centrally located to the beach and the town center, everything is easily accessible on foot. Due to the photovoltaic system, very low additional costs. The kitchen utensils could be a bit more plentiful, just enough for 4 people when using the dishwasher. Otherwise, we can only point out that Esmark as a holiday home broker is highly recommended, because, as before with us several times, everything worked perfectly this time as well and every inquiry was immediately addressed.

House size suitable for 4 adults, two children, and a dog. Good layout, great pool. Spacious terraces around the house. Compared to other houses, the energy consumption is slightly lower.
