In the kitchen/living area, there is also a built-in alcove and a loft that can be used by several people at once. The layout encourages socializing and coziness on multiple levels.

The fully equipped kitchen features a large cooking island where you can sit, hang out, or maybe even help with the cooking while everyone enjoys a glass of wine. There’s induction cooking and a microwave, a wine cooler, and a dishwasher available, as well as a separate 90-liter freezer. There’s also a washing machine and tumble dryer, making the holiday easier. The kitchen flows into the tastefully decorated living room.

You’ll never have to wait for the bathroom since there are 2 bathrooms, plus the house also has a guest toilet. Nobody has to worry about cold feet either, as there’s underfloor heating throughout the summer house, and an energy-efficient heat pump ensures good indoor climate. The ventilation system has heat recovery, making this a low-energy house.

You can also choose to play table tennis or just lounge on the many sunbeds, read a good book, or sunbathe, and you can even play tennis while the kids have fun on the playground. When everyone wants to enjoy something special together, you can gather around the fire pit and roast marshmallows.
