The house accommodates up to five guests, and your four-legged friends are also welcome at Nordkrogen 7. Up to two dogs can enjoy the holiday with you and explore the surrounding nature.

This rustic holiday home, modernised in 2022, offers 89 m² of comfortable living space. Prepare delicious holiday meals using seasonal ingredients and local specialities in the small kitchen, which is equipped with a microwave and a separate 30-litre freezer. Enjoy relaxed shared meals at the rustic dining table, where you can talk about the day’s experiences, plan upcoming activities, or simply enjoy meaningful conversations.
On cooler days, light the wood-burning stove and enjoy the cosy crackling fire in the charming wooden house while winding down in the sofa area with a good book, a fun game, or an exciting film on the TV.
Wellness at Nordkrogen 7
When it’s time to rest, you can sleep well in the three cosy bedrooms, featuring one double bed and three single beds. The bathroom offers extra comfort with underfloor heating, keeping your feet warm. Here you will also find a washing machine, allowing you to freshen up your holiday wardrobe—perhaps followed by air-drying your clothes in the fresh west Jutland breeze.
In the house’s sauna, you can take a deep breath and recharge after a day full of adventures at the beach or a hike in the surrounding landscape. Warm yourself thoroughly after a walk in the fresh Danish sea air, release everyday stress, and calm your senses.
Experiences in both nature and town
The charming holiday home is set on a spacious 1,858 m² natural plot, offering plenty of room to relax and enjoy yourself. Spend time on the large partially covered terrace with comfortable garden furniture while the children play freely on the grounds, and enjoy cosy barbecue evenings with family and friends.
The beautiful sandy beach is just a 2-kilometre walk away, where you can let the west wind clear your mind, feel the sun on your face, and take a refreshing swim in the sea. When you need supplies, shopping is only 800 metres from the house, making Nordkrogen 7 ideally located for both nature experiences and everyday convenience.
If you feel like exploring local attractions, you can visit the Tirpitz bunker museum, Blåvand Zoo, and the iconic Blåvandshuk Lighthouse. The climb up the 170 steps is well worth it for the breathtaking views over the heathland and the vast North Sea. The “FLUGT” refugee museum in Oksbøl, the Fisheries and Maritime Museum in Esbjerg, and Denmark’s oldest town, Ribe, are also well worth the drive.

Beliggenhed & landskabet
Blåvand er Danmarks vestligste punkt og byder på en god blanding af natur og oplevelser. Den sydlige strand er meget børnevenlig og ofte mere rolig takket være Horns Rev, mens Vesterhavet mod nord bruser med store bølger og mere rå natur. Mange sommerhuse ligger i flot natur med hede, klitter eller skov, og andre ligger midt i feriebyen, hvor der er en kort gåtur til butikker og restauranter.
Indkøb og shopping
Blåvand er et rigtigt dejligt sted, hvis man gerne vil gå på opdagelse i butikker. Hovedgaden summer af liv og lokker med alt fra modebutikker og dansk design til specialforretninger med outdoor-udstyr. Det bedste af det hele? Mange af butikkerne og de store supermarkeder (Spar, Meny og Netto) har åbent næsten hele året rundt. Vil du på en lille shoppetyr, er der ikke langt til handelsbyen Varde (ca. 22 km) og Esbjerg (ca. 36 km) med Danmarks længste gågade og det store shoppingcenter “Broen”.

Områdets vartegn er Blåvandshuk Fyr, hvorfra du kan nyde den flotte panoramaudsigt ud over havet og hele kysten. Hvis du er nysgerrig på historie, skal du ikke snyde dig selv or et besøg på Tirpitz (ca. 3 km), som ligger gemt i klitterne, eller museet „FLUGT“ i Oksbøl (ca. 14 km) – begge museer er spændende for børn og voksne i alle aldre.

De firbenede familiemedlemmer er mere end velkomne i Blåvand! I lavsæsonen (oktober-marts) må hunde løbe frit på stranden, og hele året rundt kan I besøge den indhegnede hundeskov i Oksby Plantage (ca. 4 km), hvor hunden trygt kan løbe og lege uden snor.
