The wood-burning stove provides cosy warmth on cooler evenings, whilst the efficient air-to-water heat pump keeps the indoor climate stable and comfortable; for longer stays, the washing machine, tumble dryer and a modern kitchen with a dishwasher, as well as a separate 50-litre freezer, are particularly practical. After an active day, you can treat yourself to some relaxation in one of the 3 bathrooms, where the underfloor heating will keep your feet toasty.
When it comes to entertainment, you’ll be pleased to know that a satellite dish is available should you occasionally just want to switch off from the outside world and make yourselves comfortable indoors.

In the house’s own 15 m² swimming pool, you can swim a few lengths in the morning or splash about with the children whenever you like – whatever the weather. What’s more, you can enjoy your very own wellness experience, as a hot tub with still water invites you to relax, and outside there is also an outdoor hot tub for warm evenings under the open sky and an outdoor sauna.
If you fancy burning off some energy, the activity room with pool table offers the perfect change of pace, and the infrared sauna ensures proper relaxation – perfect for recharging your batteries after trips to the beach or excursions.
Enjoy the outdoors: grounds, terraces and proximity to the beach
On the 3,328 m² plot with natural surroundings and a lawn, there is plenty of space to enjoy lovely days outdoors. You can start with coffee on the open terrace, retreat to the sheltered terrace if it’s windy, and round off the day with a barbecue dinner – garden furniture is, of course, also available.
The children are guaranteed not to get bored either – the swing, sandpit and trampoline offer plenty of exercise, play and fun – and the short distance to the sea is particularly appealing; after just 200 metres you reach the beach, where you can feel the sand between your toes. Shopping is also hassle-free, as the nearest shop is just 800 metres away.

Beliggenhed & landskabet
Blåvand er Danmarks vestligste punkt og byder på en god blanding af natur og oplevelser. Den sydlige strand er meget børnevenlig og ofte mere rolig takket være Horns Rev, mens Vesterhavet mod nord bruser med store bølger og mere rå natur. Mange sommerhuse ligger i flot natur med hede, klitter eller skov, og andre ligger midt i feriebyen, hvor der er en kort gåtur til butikker og restauranter.
Indkøb og shopping
Blåvand er et rigtigt dejligt sted, hvis man gerne vil gå på opdagelse i butikker. Hovedgaden summer af liv og lokker med alt fra modebutikker og dansk design til specialforretninger med outdoor-udstyr. Det bedste af det hele? Mange af butikkerne og de store supermarkeder (Spar, Meny og Netto) har åbent næsten hele året rundt. Vil du på en lille shoppetyr, er der ikke langt til handelsbyen Varde (ca. 22 km) og Esbjerg (ca. 36 km) med Danmarks længste gågade og det store shoppingcenter “Broen”.

Hvis du er nysgerrig på historie, skal du ikke snyde dig selv or et besøg på Tirpitz (ca. 3 km), som ligger gemt i klitterne, eller museet „FLUGT“ i Oksbøl (ca. 14 km) – begge museer er spændende for børn og voksne i alle aldre.

De firbenede familiemedlemmer er mere end velkomne i Blåvand! I lavsæsonen (oktober-marts) må hunde løbe frit på stranden, og hele året rundt kan I besøge den indhegnede hundeskov i Oksby Plantage (ca. 4 km), hvor hunden trygt kan løbe og lege uden snor.
