Here you’ll find a lovely, spacious holiday home with 225 m² of living space, designed to accommodate up to 10 people and sure to make you feel right at home from the moment you step through the door. Here, you’ll enjoy short distances in your day-to-day holiday life, as it’s just 300 metres to the beach and around 500 metres to the shops.
On the 2,055 m² fenced-in natural plot, you’ll also have plenty of space to spend time together, play and enjoy relaxing hours outdoors.

Outside, too, you’ll find plenty of facilities for relaxation: in the outdoor hot tub, you can unwind under the open sky, whilst the outdoor sauna provides warmth and physical relaxation. The house is designed so that you can easily enjoy your holiday with family or friends. The 5 bedrooms have a total of 5 double beds, and one bedroom is located in a separate annexe with its own bathroom – ideal if some of your group would like a little extra privacy.
With three bathrooms, two of which have double showers, there’s plenty of scope for everyone to get through their morning routines quickly and comfortably. There’s underfloor heating throughout the house, which helps maintain a pleasant temperature and provides extra comfort, even on cooler days.
Thought has also been given to the practical details. A washing machine and tumble dryer make it easy to get clothes and towels ready again, whilst the kitchen is equipped with, amongst other things, a dishwasher and a separate 100-litre freezer. There’s plenty of space here for ice cream, barbecue food and other supplies for a holiday lasting several days.
An energy-efficient air-to-water heat pump and a Genvex system ensure a pleasant indoor climate, making the house a comfortable place to stay all year round.
An activity centre with plenty of fun and a cosy outdoor area
Inside, the centre features a well-equipped activity area that provides a welcoming setting for both relaxing moments and friendly competitions. Here, you can gather round the pool table, table football and the electronic arcade machine, which provide entertainment and a great atmosphere for both children and adults.
Outside, a fenced-in garden offers plenty of space for relaxation, play and socialising. Whilst the children enjoy themselves on the swing and in the sandpit, the adults can settle into the garden furniture and enjoy their holiday in relaxed surroundings. The terrace has fixed, flexible awnings that can be extended to provide full cover when shade or shelter is needed. This means you can always find the perfect spot for your morning coffee, a quiet moment in the sun or long evenings in good company.
The house is also equipped with a charging point for electric cars, so you can easily charge your car during your stay and be ready for new excursions.

Beliggenhed & landskabet
Blåvand er Danmarks vestligste punkt og byder på en god blanding af natur og oplevelser. Den sydlige strand er meget børnevenlig og ofte mere rolig takket være Horns Rev, mens Vesterhavet mod nord bruser med store bølger og mere rå natur. Mange sommerhuse ligger i flot natur med hede, klitter eller skov, og andre ligger midt i feriebyen, hvor der er en kort gåtur til butikker og restauranter.
Indkøb og shopping
Blåvand er et rigtigt dejligt sted, hvis man gerne vil gå på opdagelse i butikker. Hovedgaden summer af liv og lokker med alt fra modebutikker og dansk design til specialforretninger med outdoor-udstyr. Det bedste af det hele? Mange af butikkerne og de store supermarkeder (Spar, Meny og Netto) har åbent næsten hele året rundt. Vil du på en lille shoppetyr, er der ikke langt til handelsbyen Varde (ca. 22 km) og Esbjerg (ca. 36 km) med Danmarks længste gågade og det store shoppingcenter “Broen”.

Hvis du er nysgerrig på historie, skal du ikke snyde dig selv or et besøg på Tirpitz (ca. 3 km), som ligger gemt i klitterne, eller museet „FLUGT“ i Oksbøl (ca. 14 km) – begge museer er spændende for børn og voksne i alle aldre.

De firbenede familiemedlemmer er mere end velkomne i Blåvand! I lavsæsonen (oktober-marts) må hunde løbe frit på stranden, og hele året rundt kan I besøge den indhegnede hundeskov i Oksby Plantage (ca. 4 km), hvor hunden trygt kan løbe og lege uden snor.
