In the main house, you will find 2 double beds and a total of 4 single beds, making the property ideal for two families, a group of friends or three generations holidaying together. The shared living areas invite you to enjoy long meals, board games and relaxing moments, while the layout also makes it easy to find a quiet corner when you need a little time to yourself.
The annex provides some additional privacy and is equipped with its own air-to-air heat pump, helping to maintain a comfortable temperature. When travelling in a larger group, practical details make a big difference, and here, comfort has been considered for the whole family.
Outside, you will have plenty of space on the 1,532 m² lawned grounds, offering ample opportunity for playing, ball games and relaxing in the sun. A swing provides extra fun for the youngest guests, while the rest of the group can enjoy the outdoors at their own pace.

After a day exploring the dunes, you can turn up the holiday feeling with the holiday home's sauna and hot tub, making the evenings something special. There are 2 bathrooms, making morning routines easier, while underfloor heating in the bathroom provides extra comfort, especially when the weather changes. As an added bonus, you can also enjoy an outdoor shower, which is ideal for rinsing off sand after a trip to the beach or taking a refreshing shower on warm summer days.

In the kitchen, a dishwasher means you can spend your holiday enjoying yourself rather than doing the dishes, while the separate 90-litre freezer provides plenty of space for ice cream, snacks and extra provisions. The holiday home also has both a washing machine and tumble dryer, making it easy to keep towels and swimwear fresh throughout your stay.
The main house is equipped with an air-to-water heat pump, while the annex has an air-to-air heat pump. This helps maintain a comfortable indoor climate and good energy efficiency, making the holiday home suitable for holidays throughout the year.

Take a stroll through the town and explore its many shops, enjoy an ice cream or have a meal at one of the local restaurants. Families will find plenty of opportunities for day trips, including visits to Tirpitz and Blåvand Zoo, while the beach and dunes are perfect for long walks, swimming and searching for amber. Beliggenhed & landskabet
Blåvand er Danmarks vestligste punkt og byder på en god blanding af natur og oplevelser. Den sydlige strand er meget børnevenlig og ofte mere rolig takket være Horns Rev, mens Vesterhavet mod nord bruser med store bølger og mere rå natur. Mange sommerhuse ligger i flot natur med hede, klitter eller skov, og andre ligger midt i feriebyen, hvor der er en kort gåtur til butikker og restauranter.
Indkøb og shopping
Blåvand er et rigtigt dejligt sted, hvis man gerne vil gå på opdagelse i butikker. Hovedgaden summer af liv og lokker med alt fra modebutikker og dansk design til specialforretninger med outdoor-udstyr. Det bedste af det hele? Mange af butikkerne og de store supermarkeder (Spar, Meny og Netto) har åbent næsten hele året rundt. Vil du på en lille shoppetyr, er der ikke langt til handelsbyen Varde (ca. 22 km) og Esbjerg (ca. 36 km) med Danmarks længste gågade og det store shoppingcenter “Broen”.
