Large pool house with games room in prime location

A very nice modern holiday home with enough space for 14 adults. We especially liked the pool with the counter-current system, which was used multiple times every day.

Great house with a very successful layout, we were on site with 12 people and had super layout options due to the 2 wings and the attic, also with the opportunity to retreat if necessary. Good

We had a great, relaxed time in the holiday house with a total of 6 adults, 5 children, and two dogs. The highlight, the pool area, was extensively used every day. For the kids, the slide was great. The perfectly equipped kitchen left nothing to be desired. Cooking could be done to one's heart's content. With the direct access to the beach, we could go straight to the sea without having to get into the car first. We will come back as we had a wonderful time in a great house with a great location.

The house was a very spacious, light-filled, and very well-equipped holiday home for our 4-generation family vacation with 18 people aged 1-64 years, with a short path over the dune directly in front of the house to the beach. There was also plenty available for sports and games in the house: table tennis, billiards, darts, pool, whirlpool, various board games. For the large group, there was the large table opposite the kitchen block, so everyone could cook, eat, play, and celebrate together, and again different zones to spread out or retreat to. The large terrace with loungers and seating furniture also invites you to relax, sunbathe, or barbecue on the two large gas grills.

A great house with lots of comfort and activities. Unfortunately, the rooms are much too small and there are no towel holders. However, due to the great location and the wonderful garden, it is a highly recommendable vacation home again. We had a great time.

We arrived with 11 adults and 2 children. The house has a great layout. Rooms are OK, beds unfortunately very small, too soft, too uncomfortable. The pool was amazing for both big and small. Overall, we were very satisfied.

The holiday home has a good location, right behind the dunes. The cleanliness and equipment of the house were great! A small drawback was that there were no dart tips and the gas grill was quite small for the number of people. Otherwise, we felt very comfortable. new barbecue tongs a second drying rack dart tips for darts For the number of guests, the gas grill could be a bit larger. Maybe a few more possibilities for hanging towels.

Very spacious house, perfect for 14 adults but very small bedrooms, a crib hardly fits in. The sleeping loft is only suitable for older children. The leisure facilities are as described, the pool area is very nice. We were there in April and hardly had any heating costs, the house is very well insulated. We missed seat cushions for the terrace, but inside there are plenty of pillows and blankets. Overall recommendable!

Very good house for multiple families.

We, 13 adults and 3 children, had a wonderful Christmas week. Very well-equipped, soundproof, clean, and divided holiday home. The kitchen is very well-equipped! The action/party room left no wishes unfulfilled, even a PS4 is available. Extra refrigerator at the bar and everything in perfect condition. However, there is no door on the attic as shown in the floor plan. We would love to book it again!

A fantastic house, great location in incredibly peaceful surroundings even though there were many tourists/guests in the area. If you are looking for a luxury house with low energy consumption, you have found the right one.

We found the holiday home clean and tidy. The area around the play equipment was a bit overgrown - but that didn’t bother the kids :) The trampoline was in excellent condition and is always a highlight when children are involved. The grill was also in perfect condition.

Perfect holiday home in close proximity to the spacious, uncrowded beach. Large garden, well-maintained pool, and whirlpool. All items needed for daily living in a house are available (kitchen utensils and appliances, games, Playstation, more than enough crockery, two sinks, two dishwashers, and two ovens, large fridge and freezer, garden furniture, grill).

Great holiday home in a super location, bedrooms a bit small. We were 12 people, so three bathrooms were also a bit tight! Pool, whirlpool awesome! The house's equipment is great! Everything is there!

Great house where nothing is lacking. Location at the dunes is fantastic and the way to the sea is short.

The common areas are extraordinarily spacious and at the same time very cozy. The floor plan and rooms are designed so that noises from the common area do not enter the sleeping rooms. The bathrooms and bedrooms are rather small and prone to noise, the beds already a bit saggy. The kitchen is very spacious and equipped with everything necessary and beyond. The house is easy to keep warm, it is very well insulated. It is located right behind the dunes and you have two transitions to the beach nearby.

Very good holiday home, very good facilities, very good energy efficiency.

Very beautiful, spacious, and bright holiday home in TOP condition. The large windows facing the dunes ensure it is always flooded with light. The open kitchen allows cooking in a large group to become a party event. In front of the fireplace with large window, four of the available seating areas easily fit for chilling. It's also good that the playroom with billiards, darts, and co is separated by a door from the dining/living room, so various activities can go on without disturbing each other.
