Comfortable holiday home for 4 near the beach

We felt at home here, there was nothing missing

The vacation home and location itself is good. There are a few details missing that I wrote above. Due to the location, I would rent the same house again.

The house was clean and well-maintained. The beds very comfortable. For 4 adults, the house is too small. But 2 adults with children are quite conceivable.

The house is only 200 meters from the beach, the location is really good. The beach access is partially quite steep, but the beach is worth it. We were two people in the house, more than 3 people + 1 child I think is difficult due to the very small bedrooms. The house is very well equipped, everything you need for a week or longer is provided. The two terraces are very usable in wind or bad weather, also ideal with a dog. The duvets or mattress protector seemed a bit old and very thin, but we brought our own. We really enjoyed the week in the house for two with a dog and would book it again.

The holiday home is a solid house of older construction with a visibly new coat of paint on a natural plot. The house offers 3 terraces with enough seating for individual use. Praiseworthy are the additional white benches at some house corners. Particularly noteworthy is the bench at the top of the hill, from which you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view. However, there is little terrace roofing available. Very positive is also the quiet location at the end of the cul-de-sac. The house is spacious with light walls. The living and dining area has an optimal layout and is flooded with sunlight through the large windows on the seaside. There is absolutely nothing to complain about with the equipment of dishes and devices. All in all: If you don't feel comfortable here, it's your own fault! The house can be recommended with a clear conscience!

Small cozy holiday home with a beautiful view of the dunes. The sun can shine on the terraces until late in the evening. The house retains heat well, and we did not need heating. The beds are good. A new Weber grill is available, but we did not use it. For the two of us, the house was ideal. Sufficient cabinets for brought items are available. The path to the beach is short. Vacation in a typical Danish holiday home – with size limitations We stayed from 26th April to 3rd May 2025 in a holiday home in Bjerregård, booked through Esmark. It is a typical Danish house with a simple standard interior – exactly what you expect when you are looking for peace and relaxation. The house was very well-maintained and clean, which we noticed positively upon entering. The location is a real plus: quiet surroundings, hardly any traffic, and the beach is easily reachable on foot – ideal for long walks or just to relax. I especially want to highlight the communication with the landlord Esmark, which was absolutely exemplary. Quick responses, clear information, and friendly service – nothing to fault here. The price for a week’s stay was also reasonable, especially when compared to similar offers in the region. However, I am critical of the actual size of the house. It is officially offered for up to 5 people, which in my opinion is not realistic. The house is suitable for two adults and one child, but anything beyond that quickly becomes cramped – particularly in the very small bathroom, which resembles more of a wet room. Conclusion: A nice, clean house in a quiet location with good service – recommended for couples or small families (max. 2 adults + 1 child). Anyone arriving with more people should look for a larger property.

This house is small and cozy. Everything has been thought of, and we felt very comfortable there with 4 adults and 2 dogs. We have now been there for the second time in winter, and we liked it again.

Everything's fine. We had a very nice stay and felt very comfortable.

Next year we'll come for the 5th time to this well-designed holiday home with a fenced large veranda, so our two dogs can have a relaxed holiday too. The house has two bedrooms with double beds and one with a single bed, a small shower room with WC and sink, and a large bathroom cabinet to store all utensils. An opening window is also available. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, four-burner stove, oven, refrigerator with large freezer compartment, microwave, plenty of dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, etc. You can cater for yourself without missing anything. Even a few spices, dishwashing liquid, tabs, coffee filters are available. The large living room is equipped with comfortable TV chairs with footstools, two couches, table, and a separate dining table with 5 chairs. Cozy is the fireplace, which can heat the whole little house. A heat pump is also available if you want quick warmth. Very beautiful is the large window front facing the dunes, so you can enjoy a cozy reading afternoon looking outside, even in rainy weather. There is enough closet space for clothes, also with hangers. Hook rails in the hallway, but also in the bedrooms, help with keeping things tidy. Furthermore, the house has a washing machine, cozy chairs on the veranda, table with bench for breakfast outside, a grill, a parasol and two sun loungers for sunbathing. The trash cans with well-explained waste separation are right at the front veranda next to the kitchen door to the outside. The way to the beach is about 250m, so you can fall asleep at night to the sound of the sea. This year we noticed that some things on the house, such as the roof, the wooden facade cladding, and some windows, have been renewed. Thus, the little house is now even better insulated. Everything is tastefully furnished in Scandinavian style.

Our house was wonderfully located near the beach but in a cul-de-sac which was perfect... absolutely quiet and relaxing.

Nice small holiday home with 3 bedrooms in a quiet location (at the end of a cul-de-sac) with a super distance to the beach. The house has a well-equipped fenced terrace with seating options and two additional terraces with sun loungers and another dining table. There is also a house-own dune with a bench, which you can look at beautifully from inside. The kitchen is well-equipped. The bathroom is a bit small but offers enough storage space. On the neighboring property, there is a swing and a sandbox, and if you ask nicely, the kids can play there too.

Well furnished with everything you need. Good light influx. Great with the enclosed terrace for the dog.

Perfect for 2 people (also with a dog)! Not furnished to the latest standard, but clean, comfortable, and cozy with lots of heart!
