Beach-close holiday home with beautiful terrace and sauna

We felt very comfortable in this holiday home. This house has both a conservatory and a covered terrace. So we could sit in the conservatory when it rained and felt like we were sitting outside. The beach is not far. Crossing the 'small dune' is just a tiny challenge.

The holiday home is nicely hidden and not visible from the outside. It is clean, bright, and pleasantly furnished. You can spend lovely hours in the conservatory. The beach is not far away. Simply beautiful.

Beautiful vacation home in the best location. In five minutes you are at the beach. Although the house is already very close to the path, you hardly hear the cars or people passing by. The terrace is huge, there are many seating options, a sandbox for children to play, and the conservatory also offers plenty of space. The beds are great, there is plenty of storage space and room for a crib or dog basket. The kitchen is well-equipped, fridge and freezer are in good condition. There's space for your own groceries and enough dishes. The sofa is brand new, simply comfortable and very cozy with many cushions. Also at the large dining table there's enough space and sufficient chairs. In the bathroom, there was a brand new washing machine, lots of space, and a large whirlpool. Shopping with a dog doesn't even take 20 minutes. Disclaimer: due to the 11 speed bumps, which make the path to the house bumpy, walking is just as fast. A beautiful vacation home that we gladly recommend.

A spacious house thanks to the conservatory, the 7 of us had a good stay. It is cozy and fully equipped. Due to the beautiful dune wall, it is shielded from view despite the road, and you can always find a spot to sit wind-protected and enjoy the first rays of sun.

Nice holiday home with 5 bedrooms and a great winter garden. Ideal for a family vacation.

The holiday home is nice. The layout is good, but the living room is very small. With 8 people it gets very cramped. But that's a matter of taste. The bedrooms are sufficiently large and the beds are also good. It would be great if a mosquito net is installed in front of all bedrooms. When we arrived, we had an absolute mosquito problem and on the first evening in the conservatory, living-dining room, bathroom, and our bedroom, we honestly killed 75 mosquitoes. So the fly swatter was not in vain. The location of the house and the terrace including the conservatory is beautiful. The sauna worked great and was used every day. What definitely needs improvement is the couch. It is old and worn out, unfortunately sagging in some places. And the electrical appliances are partly very old. The washing machine broke down on the first day. Luckily, Esmark provided us with two free laundry packages. The oven no longer heats properly and urgently needs to be replaced. The ready-to-bake rolls or the frozen pizza took up to 40 minutes. If these things are improved, we can recommend the house with a clear conscience.

A practically furnished house, well usable in any weather due to the conservatory, perfect for family gatherings!

This is a great holiday house with 5 rooms. All rooms had a great size and there's also a wonderful conservatory. The large bathroom was also great and the additional guest toilet was advantageous.

A very cozy house with a conservatory. The terrace is surrounded by a vegetated dune, giving you the feeling of being all alone. The way to the beach is short, the dune very high, but at the top, you are rewarded with a great view over the North Sea.

The house is nicely located, has a good layout, and a beautiful spacious outdoor area. The bedrooms are somewhat small, and it is very noisy. The sunroom allows you to enjoy your holiday even in bad weather. All in all, we felt very comfortable despite the shortcomings.

The holiday home was in an overall very tidy condition, of course, you can tell at some spots, like the sometimes complicated light and electric switches, that it is a bit older, but we were very satisfied. Everything was clean and orderly and had a very good location right by the beach.
