It is a small, older holiday home. As it is an older but repeatedly renovated house, we still feel some of the original coziness. And personally, we prefer this to the newly built and probably modern houses. The house has a wonderful wood stove for coziness and now also a heat pump for 'quick warmth.' The equipment is good. The location of the house is fantastic in the middle of the dunes and set back a bit from the main path.
