At Tingodden 429C, a modern holiday home built in 2026 awaits you. With 250 m² of space, the house accommodates up to 18 people. It is located just 400 metres from the North Sea, while the 2,400 m² natural grounds provide plenty of room for play and relaxation. With a pool, outdoor hot tub, outdoor sauna and a separate activity room, there is entertainment for guests of all ages.

The holiday home is ideal for a large family or group of friends, and four-legged family members are welcome too. The 7 bedrooms offer a total of 14 single beds, while the loft provides 4 additional sleeping spaces. This gives children, teenagers and adults plenty of opportunities to find a cosy place to relax.
There are 3 bathrooms, all with underfloor heating, making the morning routine easier even when many guests are getting ready at the same time. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available.
When many people are gathered together, the kitchen quickly becomes the heart of the holiday home. There is plenty of space for several people to cook at once, and the kitchen is equipped with 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers and a large refrigerator. A separate 60-litre freezer provides additional storage space for food and drinks.
As evening falls, you can gather around the wood-burning stove in the living area and enjoy its warmth and classic holiday-home atmosphere.
Entertainment in the pool and activity room
The pool area offers hours of fun and relaxation. The 23 m² swimming pool is equipped with a counter-current system, making it suitable both for play with younger children and for a longer swim.
For even more entertainment, head to the activity room, where you can challenge each other to a game of pool or table tennis. It is the perfect place for friendly tournaments for both children and adults.
The holiday home also features a cosy bar with its own refrigerator, keeping cold drinks close at hand. A projector provides the perfect setting for film nights, sporting events and other entertainment on the big screen.
Lovely terraces with hot tub, sauna and outdoor shower
Around the holiday home, several lovely terraces make it easy to find a spot in the sun, shade or shelter from the wind. The terraces include screened, enclosed and partly covered areas, so you can enjoy outdoor living from morning coffee to long summer evenings.
When it is time to slow down, relax in the outdoor hot tub or enjoy the warmth of the outdoor sauna. Between sauna sessions, the outdoor shower, available from April to November, offers a refreshing cool-down. While the adults enjoy a glass of wine in the sunshine, younger guests can have fun on the swing in the natural grounds.
If you are travelling by electric car, you can also charge it at the holiday home’s charging station.
