The house is absolutely solid, offers plenty of space, and has everything you need. To be honest, a little investment could be made. The kitchen and the bathrooms are somewhat outdated. The location is great.

Large and very individually furnished holiday home, slightly older, but very well-maintained. Washing machine and dryer from 2025. The bathrooms in this house are excellent, because 2 shower cabins (without the annoying curtain) and sufficient shelves and cupboard space are available. All bedrooms with good beds, duvets, and sufficient cupboard space as well as clean carpet. There is enough space for a baby cot in the large bedroom. The small living room with access to the loft, which was our playroom, is very lovely. The Morsø stove in the living room heats excellently when used correctly. The kitchen equipment is very extensive. We had a new coffee machine, toaster and Danish toaster, kettle, microwave, etc. The oven and dishwasher are also clean and work flawlessly. Good kitchen knives from Fiskars and sufficient cutlery and dishes, including many bowls and sealable containers and a very good ceramic pan. Easy-care laminate flooring in the kitchen and living room, was easy to clean with the existing vacuum cleaner and a (also existing) new bag. Plenty of lights are available throughout, both for Hygge and very bright. We did not get around to assembling the swing, but it is available 3 times in the annex. There are sufficient good pads for the terrace chairs and also a parasol. The house is quietly located in a small cul-de-sac surrounded by heather and small pines. A short walk to the beach and shopping in Søndervig is just a stone's throw away. Our rental price of €534 for 6 people and an infant was very moderate. Our electricity consumption was 250 kWh with one load of laundry, 1x sauna, and daily cooking. However, we used the fireplace continuously for heating. We would book the house again immediately, is that enough praise?
