Cosy holiday home in central location near the beach

Lovingly furnished and recently renovated holiday home with an enclosed terrace. The special feature is the separate area with 2 bedrooms with their own bathroom. Ideal for families with teenagers. An electric car charging option completes this. A house to feel comfortable in.

The holiday home is overall very well equipped and tidy/neat. All devices work perfectly. In the kitchen, everything you need is there: reasonable pots and pans, sufficient dishes, cutlery, etc. The bathroom in the main house is somewhat small but has a separate toilet. The bathroom in the annex has a walk-in shower and is larger. The room with the bunk bed is a passage room to get to the rear terrace and the annex. The only drawback: none of the terraces are covered. We felt very comfortable and would book the house again at any time. We can recommend it more for a family with larger/older children.

The house is really in a beautiful location. The path to the sea over the dune can be seen from the living room. The kitchen is really very well equipped! We lacked nothing! The main house has very small rooms in the back area, they are sufficient, but you will have to maneuver a bit. The bathroom there is not barrier-free and quite small. Overall, the house is a small cozy piece of vacation!

The holiday home was super cozy, the stove heated everything in no time, the sofa with the folding function was really comfortable and had room for everyone. A very tiny downside was that the entrance area/ hallway is very narrow. The kitchen was top equipped; only a cupboard to store your own groceries would have been nice. Since there is a second small house, you could retreat sometimes, which is especially pleasant during a holiday with several people and also with children. All in all, I can highly recommend the house. Especially nice is the incredibly short path to the beach. Observing the beautiful sunrise is, therefore, no problem.
