Spacious pool house with games room and enclosed terrace

"The vacation home was new, spacious, and immediately impressed us. We had already booked it while it was still under construction, and our expectations were fully met. Everything was thoughtfully considered, and we felt comfortable right from the start. The amenities were a real highlight: the seawater pool, sauna, and whirlpool provided pure relaxation. Particularly, the pool and the opportunities for billiards and table tennis made our stay perfect and provided many enjoyable moments together. The kitchen was excellently equipped, with more than enough dishes and even a wine fridge—perfect for relaxing evenings. The beds were also very comfortable, allowing us to sleep wonderfully."

The builder has put a lot of effort into creating a beautiful new house in a top location. There is a suitable terrace for every direction with plenty of good seating, loungers, and a sofa. Ideal for children with a trampoline, natural sandboxes, and a fenced inner garden/terrace. The pool is of course a highlight next to the pool table and table tennis table. The kitchen is fully equipped and also has a wine cabinet that no one would want to miss on sunny warm days. The gas grill also makes the stay on the covered terrace very pleasant. We really felt very comfortable in the comfortable house. Thanks to the hosts and of course to ESMARK!

First of all, we would like to thank you for the very nice stay in your holiday home. There were ten of us in total and we really enjoyed our time with you. We would particularly like to highlight the pool area – it was truly outstanding. The pool was large, very well-maintained, and the climbing wall provided a lot of fun. We also really liked the sauna and whirlpool area, although the whirlpool could have been a bit warmer for our taste. Another big plus for us was the fenced property. Since we had dogs with us, it was a huge relief for us that we didn't have to worry about them running away. This is not something you can take for granted and it made our stay significantly more relaxing. The kitchen was also very well equipped. We had brought some things with us in advance that we missed from other holiday homes, but they were not needed here because everything was really available. The bedrooms as well as the bathrooms were generally well-equipped and functional. The bedrooms are rather small but perfectly adequate. A small improvement suggestion concerns the sleeping arrangement: There was a kind of cabin/sleeping area over a staircase, which is open to the play area (billiards, table tennis, etc.) and has no door. Here we would have appreciated more detailed information or more descriptive pictures in advance. Especially for those who slept there, a bit more privacy would have been pleasant. However, this did not significantly affect our stay. Overall, we were very satisfied and can definitely recommend the holiday home. We can also well imagine staying there again. The description and photos accurately reflect reality. In winter, the underfloor heating throughout the house is very pleasant. Upon our arrival, the house was clean, leaving nothing to be complained about. The pool was at the perfect temperature and is deep enough for adults or older children. The counter-current system was a bit too strong for my swimming level, but that is, of course, subjective. Unfortunately, we couldn't use the beautiful outdoor area as there was constantly snow. In the summer, however, this would be an additional highlight.

Very nice modern, clean holiday home. Just as described. The fenced garden is perfect when traveling with a dog. We would love to come again!

Fantastic house! Perfect with pool, outdoor spa, and sauna. Pool table and table tennis were used every day. Good beds and well soundproofed house! Absolutely nothing was missing. Everything was top quality! We would love to come again.

This holiday home is very well thought out, ultra-modern, and leaves little to be desired, both inside and out. The terraces are particularly impressive, there are three well-equipped ones. We have been to Denmark many times, but terrace heating was an unknown luxury until now. Two living rooms plus a high number of TVs make it possible for two families to go their separate ways and meet again in the bright dining room.

The holiday home leaves nothing to be desired except for a storage option in the bedrooms. Everything you need is available. The pool area is very nice, and the whirlpool and sauna provide relaxation. The kitchen is very well equipped. With the modern underfloor heating, the whole house is pleasantly warm. Washing machine and dryer are available.

An incredibly great and light-filled house which has been furnished with a lot of love. It is perfect for a walk to the beach and shopping opportunities are very close by. We visited in the autumn and were able to enjoy the outdoor hot tub and the sauna. Our son loved the swings and the trampoline. The saltwater pool was fantastic and was used a lot. It was pleasant that it didn't smell like chlorine. Thank you for a perfect vacation!

This is a holiday home in the upper price category. This also creates corresponding expectations. These are met. The house is furnished to a high standard and offers a lot. The pool is the biggest highlight, but the house also has much more to offer. Highly recommendable.
