The holiday home is ideal for small families or couples who want to spend valuable time together. The 73 square metres are divided into 2 bedrooms, the living room, the kitchen and a bathroom. Since it was built in 1936, not much has been changed in the interior, which gives the holiday home its very own charm. The bathroom has been modernised and has underfloor heating, which always keeps your feet warm when you step out of the shower in the morning. All other rooms are carpeted.
In the functional kitchen you have a fantastic view over the dunes and of the North Sea while you sit together and eat. For cooking there is a ceramic hob and a separate tabletop mini oven. After the meal, the dishwasher can take care of the washing-up.
When you enter the living room, the first thing you notice is the large window, which offers you a breathtaking view of the dune landscape. Here you can sit in the evening and experience a real natural spectacle: the beautiful sunset in all its colours.

The biggest advantage of this old holiday home is its unique location, only 100 metres from the sea. Imagine the short walks to the beach, where the waves gently lap against the shore and you can enjoy a lovely day with the wind in your hair. Right next to the holiday home there is a small viewpoint with a bench from which you can once again enjoy the beautiful nature.
There is a sheltered terrace with a view of the seaside resort of Søndervig and a west-facing terrace. This section of the terrace also gives you the fantastic panoramic view while you relax on the outdoor furniture and can hear and even see the roar of the North Sea. To round off the day, it’s worth firing up the gas barbecue and enjoying your meal with the best view.
As the nearest shopping options are only 500 metres away and are located right in the centre of Søndervig. You can stock up on groceries but also go shopping and pick up weatherproof clothing and souvenirs.

The vacation home has an absolutely fantastic location! It is beautiful and very cozy! We felt very comfortable and we will book this exact house again for the next vacation! Everything worked out very flexibly and completely stress-free! From the key handover to electricity and everything that comes with it.
