Holiday home in prime beachfront location with Nordic hot tub and wine cooler

The vacation home is practically perfect. It is the last house before the dunes. It is always quiet here. The beautiful house is very clean and smells good, the kitchen is fully equipped. The bedrooms are sufficiently large. The living area is flooded with sunlight. We have never had a more beautiful vacation home in the last 20 years.

For almost 40 years we have been going to Houvig, always staying in different houses, but we have never had such a great house. It is located in the first row of dunes. There is a wonderful view from the living room of the dunes, the heathland, and the sunset. It's as if, even though you are sitting in the room, you feel like you are in the middle of nature. We lacked nothing. Due to the windows, it was very warm in the house. You could ventilate excellently and hear the sea from the sofa. The house is surrounded by terraces, so you always find a sunny, shady, or sheltered spot.

A wonderful, spacious holiday home nestled in a magnificent dune landscape. Experience the sunrise through the kitchen window and the sunset over the dunes every day - simply fabulous. The kitchen is incredibly well equipped. For example, there was even a mixer, which I had brought along just in case. Although it is not isolated, the house feels very private due to the dunes. However, you also have an expansive view. The path to the beach is super short. We even found amber on the beach :)

Very nice house in a beautiful location. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped. We were a bit surprised that 2 out of 3 bedrooms had single beds and the house or living room would be too small for 6 people. However, we were there as a couple and enjoyed the house and its great features plus the mega location.

Beautiful house nestled in the dunes and super close to the beach. A surrounding terrace around the house so you can always follow the sun. The kitchen is perfectly equipped. We really enjoyed being able to "open" the windows at night without actually opening them.

We were delighted with a tasteful, cozy, and well-equipped accommodation where both our children and we parents immediately felt at home. The kids' loft with dune view was a highlight! The holiday home is 100% what you might imagine regarding holiday homes in Denmark: nestled in dunes, natural privacy around it, and due to the proximity to the North Sea, sea sounds 24/7.

The house is beautiful, we immediately felt comfortable. It has a fantastic location, our children enjoyed playing around the house and in the heath. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, from good knives to a good pan, everything is there. Only the typical Danish toaster was missing, so we just bought one ;) We had a beautiful holiday for 2 weeks and will certainly come again.
