Distinctive holiday home with outdoor shower and bath

The finest holiday home we have ever rented. Fantastically beautifully furnished. Great choice of materials. Good beds. The outdoor area/terrace is sheltered and with the option to sit under a roof and away from the wind.

Very nice large house, which is very stylishly furnished. In summer, with the two furnished terraces, it's surely a dream. In March, we could not use the outdoor area due to the temperatures. The large sofa is super comfortable, we would also buy it ourselves. The beds in the two smaller rooms are very good. You have to like the memory foam mattress in the large room.

After usually spending our summer vacation in Denmark, this time it was the Christmas holidays, and we can say: We couldn't have found a more perfect house for it! Skovdalen 14 is a wonderful combination of coziness, design, very good equipment, and loving decoration. Someone has put a lot of love and dedication into the selection of materials and colors. We felt comfortable as soon as we entered. On both sides of the bright and very well-equipped kitchen (including a wine cabinet), there are covered terraces with seating groups. One side also offers an outdoor fireplace. Grill, fire bowl, outdoor shower, deck chairs, and a large trampoline are other plus points of the really beautiful and private outdoor area! A highlight of the living/dining area is the bio-ethanol fireplace, which, in addition to coziness, also radiates a pleasant warmth. The various lamps and candles provide warm lighting. The beds in the three bedrooms are also very good - we slept wonderfully. We would certainly come back again. Then maybe also once in summer, to be able to use the outdoor area more extensively. Thank you very much for the wonderful time!

An incredibly great, modern, and extremely well-insulated house in the attractive Scandi style, which we rented as a couple for a week in January. In reality, it is even more beautiful than in the photos! Very cozy due to high-quality natural materials, furnished with great attention to detail. Nothing is missing here, even toilet paper and a basket with house slippers are ready. We felt at home from the first second. Continuous wooden parquet with underfloor heating, the beautiful ethanol fireplace, and the warm colors of the lamps provide perfect coziness. All room doors are wooden sliding doors that are visually impressive. Since they don't completely seal the rooms, several people in this house should only keep in mind that there is hardly any soundproofing. Fans of clear design will definitely get their money's worth at the round dining table, as you gather here to eat on real Carl Hansen & Son chairs. The spacious kitchen offers everything a cooking enthusiast desires. Wine lovers will even find a wine cabinet here. Only minor deductions for the, in our view, very soft memory mattresses on the 180m bed. Even a light person lies in a deep hollow here. It's something you have to like. The shower is indeed a feast for the eyes, but not really functional, as the water stream is quite thin and the fittings are generally cumbersome to operate. An additional rain shower would probably provide more relaxation. But that's complaining at a high level. We say thank you for the beautiful time. We would always come here for a vacation again!

A very beautiful and modern holiday home. We felt very comfortable. Very cozy furnishings. Everything was perfect. Even the bio-ethanol fireplace is very practical. Although not comparable to a wood-burning stove, it still provides surprisingly pleasant warmth. The hit in cold weather (with snow) was of course the spacious garage with an automatic garage door. The heating and electricity costs were surprisingly moderate despite continuous operation. It's a pity that we couldn't use the great outdoor facilities with grill and 2 terraces due to the weather and season. A reason to rent the house again; however, we already decided on another house for 2024 a few months ago. But it might still happen...

An absolute feel-good house! Very clean, very tastefully furnished, very good beds! Never slept so well in Denmark. Great outdoor area, which is not visible and partially covered. With a great garage that fits cars and bicycles.

We were very satisfied with the house and the available facilities (garage, storage room, etc.).
