Simple holiday home in a quiet location This holiday home is situated in a quiet area and offers several terraces where you can enjoy nature. The house is nicely furnished, the bedroom is cozy. The kitchen is somewhat outdated and the equipment rather basic. The bathroom is old, the shower does not function optimally, so you end up flooding the entire bathroom. Overall, the house is functional but could use some renovations here and there. Suitable for guests who do not have too high expectations and are looking for simple accommodation.

A small cozy holiday home, lovingly furnished in a cozy Danish style. It is sheltered in the dunes despite being near the road, and you can reach the beach in just a few minutes. The various seating areas around the house are perfect; depending on the wind and weather, you can enjoy relaxation. The kitchen is well equipped, albeit a bit low. The shower could use some sprucing up. We felt very comfortable, ideal also with a dog.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sortebærdalen 3 in Houvig! The vacation home was spotlessly clean upon arrival and furnished with great attention to detail. We particularly liked the many cozy seating areas around the house - perfect for enjoying the sun or the shade depending on the time of day. The decor creates a pleasant atmosphere, even though there were a few too many plastic flowers and cushions for our taste. Overall, however, a very beautiful house where you feel right at home.

Very cozy small holiday home in a quiet, slightly elevated location. Nicely cozy and tastefully furnished. The terrace behind the house is wonderfully sheltered from view and wind. The living room is relatively large and offers many seating options. The kitchen is very well equipped, but a little low :-) You have a great wide view over the meadows and fields in front. The main road is indeed nearby, but doesn't disturb at all. We will come back again!

Cozy, small, older vacation home in a good location to the beach. It is near the road, but cannot be heard. The shower could use a renovation, otherwise, everything is fine. We felt very comfortable.

The holiday home is cosily and personally furnished. It is a typical Danish holiday home. There are many seating options outside the house, so you can choose where to sit depending on the weather. The bedrooms are small but sufficient. With four people, it becomes rather tight in the bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped. I would rent the house again. The house is also good if you are traveling with a dog.

A very cozy older holiday home located in the dunes and not visible from the outside, the proximity to the road does not bother and noise is not heard, in a few minutes you are at the beach ... several seating options around the house allow you to find a sheltered place in any weather, a cozy place with a view on the dune invites you to relax above the house.

Great cozy house. Nothing is missing here! I felt very comfortable! A small paradise in the right place. Big compliments, also to Esmark! The stove in the kitchen did not work properly at first. Although it was a Sunday, Esmark immediately took care of the repair! FIVE STARS +!! It doesn't get any better!
