The moment you step inside, you'll feel your holiday begin. The holiday home provides the perfect setting for a relaxing break, where comfort, togetherness and convenience take centre stage. Spacious and relaxing environment

The heart of the holiday home is the large kitchen area, which combines the living room, dining area and kitchen into one space. Here you can gather while cooking, enjoying breathtaking views over the golf landscape. The kitchen is well-equipped with a fridge, dishwasher and microwave, plus a 150-litre freezer in the house.

The living room features a comfortable seating area with sofa, flat-screen TV, DVD player, radio and CD player. Here you'll also find the holiday home's wood-burning stove, adding extra cosiness to the spacious living area. The living room leads directly to the beautiful conservatory, where you can truly enjoy your holiday with a good book, cup of coffee or cold drink.

The holiday home also includes a large, lovely bathroom with shower and underfloor heating, plus a smaller toilet - also with underfloor heating. There are 3 bedrooms in total, two with double beds and one with a single bed.

From the cosy living room, you have direct access to the large wrap-around terrace, offering sheltered spots whatever the weather - perfect for barbecuing even on windy days. Behind the house, a small path leads to an elevated bench offering breathtaking sea views. After a long walk, you can use the outdoor shower (available April-November) to wash sand from your feet, and the owners have built a shelter on the grounds for a truly special experience.

The outdoor area offers several delightful features. Who wouldn't enjoy the beautiful herbaceous borders surrounding the holiday home? Or perhaps you'd prefer a peaceful moment in the conservatory on a rainy day, listening to the rain on the roof? Your car will be well looked after too, with covered parking in the open carport.

Just 500 metres from the North Sea

You won't have to be content just looking at the North Sea. The beautiful beach is only 500 metres from the holiday home in Houvig and is worth visiting in any season. You can follow any of the many paths that lead through the dune landscape directly to the water.
