The underfloor heating is modern and the electricity consumption is surprisingly low. Conclusion: a great house for two people - we were there for two weeks and were able to enjoy every day.

ToBi is a small, fine, very well-maintained, and cozy holiday home with a fireplace and sauna. Everything you need is there and functional. An absolute highlight is the window directly at the head of the beds. Snuggled up in bed, gazing at the starry sky - simply beautiful.

A beautiful little vacation house, everything is there for a relaxing holiday. The location is great, you are quickly at the sea and can even hear the North Sea from the terrace... we will definitely come back.

The holiday home was great. It was located in the middle of the dune with the beach directly at the doorstep. The house itself is clean and well-maintained, all the utensils you need for a vacation were available in the kitchen. Thanks to the stove, there was a pleasant warmth, and the electricity load was therefore low. It is a holiday home that we would recommend at any time and would love to return to.

The holiday home is very suitable for 2 people. For 4 people, as stated, it would be too small for me. There is nothing missing in this holiday home. The covered terrace is great, even if it is a closed terrace, it is great for dog owners. The furnishing is great, as described. The double bed is relatively small, which takes some getting used to. But since the bedroom is generally small, this cannot be changed.

The holiday home is wonderfully located in the dunes with a short walk to the beach. Even if something was forgotten, it was quick to return to the house. The holiday home is lovingly furnished, and the fresh flowers upon arrival were truly special. Otherwise, the house has everything you need from dishes to appliances, sharp knives, and free drawers for your own food. The wind-protected terrace, good Wi-Fi, and satellite TV were perfect for the stormy days. There is definitely enough space for a family with two children. We felt very much at home and comfortable.

The house is the best we've had so far. We were in Sondervig 4 times, have already booked for the next 2 years, recommend it to all friends and come back every year.

We have been coming to Esmark for a long time and were not disappointed again. The house was small and very cozy. Nothing was missing. Another great vacation. If it works out, we would book this house again.

A beautiful, well-equipped holiday home, we lacked nothing. In the kitchen we found everything we needed and much more. The beds are good, we slept great. The bathroom is okay, the shower is nicely hot and the water pressure is also good. We didn't use the sauna, so we can't comment. The washing machine is new and works great. The gas grill is also new or very rarely used, I enjoyed grilling with it. The covered terrace is amazing, we spent a lot of time on it, there are even windows on the terrace that you can open for ventilation, simply great.

A very nice, well-located house. Completely sufficient for two people. There is a covered and an uncovered terrace available. So you can sit outside even in not so good weather. Grill is in good condition. Fireplace works great. Furnishing is good. We didn't miss anything in the kitchen.

Everything okay, have booked the house for the second time.
