Two rooms each feature a double bed, while the third room has two single beds. Two of the bedrooms are located on the first floor, and the room with the single beds also includes a small conservatory, offering magnificent views across the 2,355 m² natural plot and, in the distance, the golf course.

To help you start the day comfortably, the bathroom is equipped with underfloor heating. A washing machine is also available, allowing you to pack light and bring only your favorite clothes.

The holidayexperience continues outdoors at Klevevej 11. A special feature of the property is the small outdoor pavilion located at the far end of the plot. From here, you can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views over the golf course and spend hours relaxing and unwinding.

There is an open terrace, a sheltered terrace, and a covered terrace, ensuring that you can always find the perfect spot, whether for a morning coffee or a delicious barbecue evening. The terraces are furnished with comfortable garden furniture, sun loungers, a parasol, as well as both a gas grill and a charcoal grill.

The large natural plot is surrounded by trees and shrubs, providing privacy and allowing you to enjoy your holiday in peaceful surroundings.

The location on Lodbjerg Hede is truly beautiful, embraced by stunning natural landscapes. The area offers excellent opportunities for long walks with your dog and enjoyable cycling trips. Nearby, you will find a put-and-take lake where you can try fishing, or you can play a round of golf at the golf course located close to the house.

After approximately 1,250 meters, you will reach the beach and can enjoy the fresh sea air and dune landscape. For your daily necessities, shopping facilities are conveniently located just around 1,000 meters away.
