An energy-efficient air-to-air heat pump provides an additional heating option and helps ensure a pleasant indoor temperature throughout the year.

A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available, making it easier to pack lightly – especially for longer stays.

The house stands on a 500 m² lawned plot with plenty of room to enjoy outdoor activities and games. The wooden terrace extends around the property and includes both open and covered areas, giving you several options for relaxing outside regardless of the weather.

On warm days, the terrace is a lovely place to enjoy breakfast in the fresh air or spend a long summer evening together. A gas barbecue and garden furniture are provided, making outdoor meals an easy part of your holiday.

There is also a carport on the property, as well as a practical storage shed.
