Krebsestien in Rindby

In Krebsestien you'll stay wonderfully close to the beach in Rindby Strand on the island of Fanø. The cosy holiday homes here lie sheltered from the wind in their own little dune valleys – only around 150 to 300 metres separate you from the broad sandy beach. Many of the houses are charmingly thatched, and from the dune you enjoy a view of the sea.

Rindby lies in the heart of Fanø and is a true paradise for beach holidaymakers. Along the wide west coast you can swim to your heart's content, build sandcastles and cycle alongside the North Sea. With a little luck, you'll spot pheasants, hares and deer right outside your window.

Thanks to the island's manageable size, you can reach everything easily by bike. Lively Nordby, with its shops and harbour – and the roughly twelve-minute ferry from Esbjerg – is quickly reached, as is Sønderho, voted "Denmark's coziest village". Fanø Bad with its golf course isn't far either.
