Norges Fjelde in Fanö Bad

Norges Fjelde lies in Fanö Bad, the traditional seaside resort in the north-west of the island of Fanö. Set amid a wide dune landscape, it's only a few minutes' walk from here to the broad sandy beach and the North Sea – ideal if you'd like to combine beach, nature and a good dose of island history.

All around Norges Fjelde stretches open dune and natural terrain with plenty of space and openness. In the evening, a stroll to the west-facing beach is well worth it, with glorious sunsets over the sea – and, at low tide, a little luck may even turn up amber, the "gold of the sea".

There's plenty on the doorstep for active guests: the Fanö golf course and tennis courts are close by, along with a mountain-bike trail, cycling routes across the whole island and bathing and fishing trips. For browsing and dining, nearby Nordby is well worth a visit.
