Skovly in Fanö Bad

Skovly lies in the middle of the holiday home area of Fanö Bad, the lively seaside resort in the north of Fanö. The water is around 900 metres away – a short walk through dunes and pines and you're standing on the wide North Sea beach. Shops and restaurants are just a few hundred metres away.

The houses sit on large dune and natural plots with dense planting, so you enjoy plenty of privacy. The beach at Fanö Bad is so wide and firm that you're allowed to drive onto it – all the way south to Sönderho. In summer the international kite festival turns the sand into a sea of colour.

All around you'll find cycle routes through the dune landscape, amber hunting after a storm and seal safaris in the Wadden Sea National Park. Nordby, with the ferry to Esbjerg, small shops and cafés, is only minutes away, and listed Sönderho in the south is well worth a day trip.
