Søndervænget in Rindby

Søndervænget in Rindby is a wonderful choice if you want to combine beach proximity with island calm on Fanö. From this quiet residential area it's just a few hundred metres through the dunes to the wide sandy beach at Rindby – a short walk, and you're standing on the North Sea shore.

Rindby beach is one of the loveliest on the island: broad, gently shelving and with clean bathing water awarded the Blue Flag – ideal for families with children. At the same time, Rindby is a real hotspot for kitesurfers. All around, you'll find classic Fanö nature with dunes, marram grass and, in summer, fragrant wild roses.

Thanks to its central location, the rest of the island is quickly within reach: lively Nordby with its shops and restaurants to the north, and idyllic Sönderho to the south. Fanö also invites you to wonderful cycling tours, mudflat walks and, in true local tradition, flying a kite.
