Wakeboarding and water skiing on the cable-operated water ski lift is a great Activity for all those who are interested in Water sports or enjoy outdoor activities on holiday.

Wakeboard courses and water skiing for beginners

There are often wakeboard and water ski introductory courses in the morning, where only beginners can practise on the facility. The necessary equipment is already included in the price.

The courses take place in Danish, German and English take place. Anyone can sign up, no previous experience is required - children and parents often take part in a waterskiing course together.

TIP: Many kids would like to learn to wakeboard straight away. We recommend practising on water skis first. Surfing with water skis is easier as the weight is shifted to both legs and you are pulled directly from the front.

As a beginner, you don't have to struggle with your balance as much as on a wakeboard. Once you have mastered the course on water skis, learning to wakeboard is much more fun!

Child-friendly beach by the fjord

Right next to the cable park, you will find what is probably the safest Bathing beach in Hvide Sande. There are no currents at all in the shallow waters of Ringkøbing Fjord and the water here is not very deep. Even the youngest holidaymakers can splash around, swim and play in the sand.
