Holiday home with mezzanine and enclosed terrace

The holiday home is well furnished, nicely bright, and superbly located.

A small, cozy vacation home with a covered terrace. Everything is available and in good condition, as one needs. The kitchen is well equipped and all appliances function optimally. The beds are good and not saggy.

In one word: hygge. We have been to this house 3 times. It is small and cozy, just what we were looking for in autumn. It consists of an open living area with a fireplace and kitchen, two bedrooms with plenty of storage, and a bathroom with an adjacent sauna. The attic has two more sleeping places. The terrace is fully enclosed and partially covered. You can sit outside even when it rains and enjoy the sea air away from the wind. We received a very warm welcome and felt comfortable from the first minute. Everything was clean and tidy. The kitchen equipment is very good. We would gladly come a fourth time.

For us with 5 people (three children) the holiday home was too small. We found the double beds too narrow for us adults. The covered porch was pleasant; you could still sit outside in the evening and were relatively well protected from the wind.

The house has a great range of amenities. Everything your heart desires is available. Upon arrival, we found two fresh bouquets of flowers, a personal handwritten note, and gummy bears. The terrace was a dream. You could sit under the glass canopy in both good and bad weather. The house also has a sauna. We used it several times. Simply great!

Small, cozy holiday house for the whole family. The rooms are small, but completely sufficient. The kitchen is super equipped, open living area is very cozy. And the host is also super friendly, left us a welcome.

Holiday home is just like in the description!! We would rent it again, but want to get to know other areas in Denmark. Praise to Lobenstein for the well-equipped kitchen.

The house was perfect. Upon arrival, there were flowers with a welcome card on the table and treats for our dogs. The beds were excellent, and the fireplace was easy to handle. A very low-maintenance house and a great enclosed terrace. A huge thank you to the owner.

We have now been in the vacation home for the second time this year and were satisfied again.

The holiday home is more than large enough for a family with one child. The covered terrace invites you to sit outside and grill in summer and on somewhat colder days due to the good wind protection. The living room welcomes you upon entering the house with tasteful furnishings and cozy furniture — even on the chairs at the dining table you can easily endure for several hours — Additionally, the stove creates a nice atmosphere and is sufficient to get a good part of the house pleasantly warm. The kitchen, although small or cramped, especially for more than one person, is particularly extensively equipped. Besides appliances like an oven, stove, refrigerator, and all necessary cooking utensils, you will find even a microwave and even a hand mixer with a blending stick, a blender, fairly sharp knives, and ample cutlery. The bathroom is also small but perfectly adequate, with a floor-level shower of comfortable size and a small sauna if you want to sweat. Lastly, the two bedrooms are equipped with relatively new and comfortable beds and the wardrobes are also large enough. Finally, above the living room on the “Hems” you will find two additional single beds, which are also comfortable and provided us with good sleep.

We have never had such a great holiday home! We were warmly welcomed with fresh flowers and a personally written letter! The kitchen was well-equipped, and we lacked nothing! Great! Thank you very much!

The house was small but nice and had enough space for 4 people plus two dogs. Plenty of dishes, cutlery, and glasses were available. The highlight was the covered terrace where you could sit comfortably even in the rain.

Friendly holiday cottage with everything you need: 2 bedrooms with comfortably furnished wardrobes, bathroom with shower and sauna, and open living area with well-equipped kitchen, oven, dining area, and sitting area. Particularly noteworthy is the large, completely fenced and partially covered terrace, which allows you to spend your holidays outdoors in almost any weather.
