Perfectly situated holiday home with dune landscape views

The holiday home is sufficient for 2 people. The main bed is located on the upper floor, accessible via a ladder. Another sleeping place is a small chamber, quite cramped for tall people, with a thin foam mattress. The bathroom is minimalist and small.

The little house is one I always wanted to live in. Its location on the dune, its two terraces and the small bench at the top of the dune with "sunset view" are uniquely beautiful; in addition, the unobstructed view of the large, house-free land to the north. The renovation has done little harm to the house, although it has largely lost the charm of the 1960s. However, it has gained in airiness and it is wonderful when the light floods the room through the large windows on both the east and west sides. A downside for me is the laminate floor - I much preferred the old, original stone floor in houses with red or yellow bricks. The original, fine wooden furniture with woven seats was visually and ergonomically a delight; as well as the long, built-in sofa bed in the living room. It was all very practical, beautiful, and comfortable. Of course, it is clear that the furniture had to be replaced at some point. All in all, the two weeks in the little house were a pleasure and very relaxing. Once it is clear when we can travel to Denmark next year, we will make an effort to rent the house again.

The holiday home is quite simple but cozy. The large windows and the fireplace made it very snug.
