At Klægdalen 52 in Houvig, close to Søndervig, you can look forward to a pleasant stay in a bright holiday home for up to 6 guests. The 83 m² house was originally built in 1988 but fully renovated in 2025, offering a fresh and modern setting for your holiday. The North Sea is only 250 metres away, giving you easy access to the sandy beach for walks, swims and relaxing days by the water.
Relax in Your Own Sauna After a Day at the Beach
The holiday home has three bedrooms. Two have two single beds each, while the third has a double bed. The layout makes the house suitable for families and groups of friends who want to spend their holiday together while still having plenty of space to relax.
The house has one bathroom with underfloor heating and a sauna. After a day at the beach or enjoying outdoor activities, the sauna is a wonderful place to unwind.
The kitchen is integrated into the open living and dining area, creating a natural space for everyone to gather. It includes a dishwasher, while a separate 50-litre freezer provides extra space for food and drinks.
A wood-burning stove adds warmth and a cosy holiday atmosphere on cooler evenings. The holiday home also has a washing machine for added convenience during your stay.

The house is surrounded by a spacious 2,000 m² natural plot. A large terrace extends around the property and offers open, covered and sheltered areas. This allows you to enjoy the outdoors throughout the day, whether you are looking for sunshine, shade or protection from the wind.
The dunes and natural surroundings provide a beautiful view from the terrace. On warm days, the outdoor area is ideal for relaxing together, and the gas barbecue makes it easy to prepare dinner outside.
A practical storage room is also available for your belongings during the holiday.
