Krylen runs through a hilly and natural area in Houvig. On Krylen, you will find holiday homes set in lower-lying areas, where you can sunbathe undisturbed on the terrace, as well as homes located high on the dunes, offering unique views of the surrounding area.

There are also holiday homes situated by the last row of dunes before the beach and the sea. In this beautiful area, you can enjoy long walks along the beach, through the dunes or by the nearby fjords.

At the entrance to Krylen, you will find Vestkysten’s Gårdbutik, a small speciality farm shop offering a wide selection of local products and delicacies from their own fields, animals and raw ingredients. You can buy homemade ice cream from Thise, North Sea coffee, minced beef, beef steaks and Danish salami from their own cattle, speciality cheeses, whisky, sweets and much more. Stop by and take a look, there are always little samples to taste in the shop.
