Vester Storetoft in Sönderho

Vester Storetoft is one of the largest holiday home areas in the south of Fanö, sheltered behind the dunes. In return you get a particularly quiet setting with plenty of space around you.

The plots are large, left in their natural state and often surrounded by pine trees. All around stretches the typical Fanö landscape of dunes, heath and salt meadows reaching out to the Wadden Sea. On foot you can reach the old seafarers' village of Sönderho with its winding lanes, thatched houses, the mill, Hannes Hus and the church.

The wide sandy beach to the west is among the finest in Northern Europe – between Sönderho and Fanö Bad you're even allowed to drive onto the beach. Rindby Strand is especially good for swimming with children, and a trip to the wild southern tip at Hønen is always worthwhile.
