Modern holiday home with sauna and outdoor hot tub

For us (with dog) the perfect holiday home, as the terraces are fenced. The house is very tastefully and modernly decorated and at the same time very cozy! We have now been in this house for the second time and look forward to next year!

A beautiful vacation home where we immediately felt at home. It is cosily furnished, and we didn't miss anything. The whirlpool and sauna invite you to relax. We used the small terrace in front of the kitchen in the morning for a sunny breakfast, even when the outdoor temperatures weren't so high. This house was very clean compared to other houses, a big compliment for that. We will definitely come again.

Tastefully and high-quality furnished house (including kitchen and media technology) with a great view over the golf course and surrounding nature. Architecturally interesting split over two levels (however, not barrier-free). Great, wind- and privacy-protected outdoor whirlpool; sauna with a wonderful panoramic window/view. Outdoor shower with hot water right next to the pool and sauna. Two covered terraces and two lovely open terraces with views - you can find the perfect spot in any weather. In short: A great, cozy vacation home that we can only recommend and would certainly book again. In the house and on the rear terrace, you don't notice the nearby highway at all; on the open terrace in front of the house you do, but it's not necessarily disturbing. Also good: buns/bread/cakes available in the small shop 5 minutes' walk away in the mornings.

The holiday home is beautifully shielded above the road, which is not a problem at all. From the terrace, you have a beautiful view of the golf course and the Lodbjerg Heath. We were there for the second time in March and had fantastic weather both times, so of course, we were also lucky with the energy costs as the house heats up nicely in good weather. Worth mentioning is also the grandiose shower on the terrace which is fantastically cold.

A house where you can really relax.

A wonderful, modern, first-class furnished and very well laid out holiday home. Everything is very tasteful! Particularly noteworthy is the cleanliness. We visit Esmark several times a year, but we have never experienced such a clean house before. This might be because the final cleaning is included. A really good idea. It should become standard. Top-equipped kitchen, lots of storage space in the kitchen cabinets as well as in the bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen has a very nice table and nice seating options, from which you have a great view at breakfast. Beautiful new sauna, great whirlpool. Beautiful living room with a great Smart TV, great sofa, wonderful panoramic views, and good fireplace. Everything worked, nothing was defective, great outdoor lighting with motion sensors (all individually adjustable). The house was worth every penny.

The house is just great. The electricity costs are really low despite the freezing cold!!! Thanks to the heat pump. Cozy living room, great view into the distance, no neighboring houses to 'disturb'. The same applies to the view in the sauna. Simply great!!!!

Very spacious holiday home with plenty of space both inside and outside. The rear terrace is well protected, also from prying eyes. The furnishings are simple but totally functional. Only the fireplace has some problems with sufficient draft. Located on a small hill, you have a wide view from both the living room and the kitchen. The main road is audible, but it was not disturbing for us.

This vacation home fulfills all wishes. The color combination is successful! The binoculars in the living room! Especially excellent is the sauna, the stove is great, and the view. The best sauna so far! We can only recommend this vacation home!

This very cozy and lovingly furnished house is situated slightly elevated on a dune, providing a fantastic view towards Lodbjerg and the golf course. Since the house is equipped with 3 terraces, one can always find a nice spot outside at any time of the day. And should the weather not cooperate, the beautifully designed living area makes you feel really well accommodated. Actually, we have our 2 preferred houses, but we will definitely include this one.

The vacation home, which was renovated in 2024, is in top condition! Slightly secluded, it offers everything your heart desires. The outdoor area, including terraces, outdoor shower, whirlpool, and sauna (with a view) were phenomenal. Although we always intend never to book a vacation home again, we would actually make an exception here.

A wonderfully beautiful holiday home! We were welcomed with fresh flowers and a lovely message. The house was renovated in 2024, and it shows. Everything is in great condition! The furniture is modern yet very cozy. The view outside is simply beautiful, whether from the sofa, the kitchen counter, the sauna, or the main bedroom bed. The proximity to the road is there, and you can hear it in the main bedroom, but it didn't bother us. The whirlpool and sauna are the absolute highlights. It couldn't be better! We would have liked all instructions to be in one place (the pool instructions are in the cleaning cupboard, we found the instructions for the fireplace in the living room cupboard among the games). We can recommend the house without reservation! Our holiday went by too quickly. We would definitely book the house again!

The house is dreamlike-great, high-quality furnishings, and a color concept lovingly put together. Additionally, a beautiful view of the landscape. The owners have succeeded in creating a very cozy yet modern atmosphere, making you feel immediately at ease. The sauna and the whirlpool were the icing on the cake. We will definitely come back!

It's a beautiful house, stylishly furnished. It is very close to a main road but hardly any road noise can be heard. It is also near the beach, thus easy to reach on foot. The small shopping stores in Sondervig are also within walking distance. We will definitely come back next year.

We were all very impressed by the holiday home. The equipment was very high quality and we felt very well cared for. The location was also great - with less than 800m you were through the dunes at the beach. Walks to Sondervig itself were also possible. The main road is hidden by the slope in front of the house and thus not really perceptible visually or acoustically. A small point for travelers with small children: It is difficult to install a gate as protection on the stairs to the living/dining area.

The house is beautiful and very well maintained. The interior is well thought out in design, high quality and very homely. It offers everything necessary for a pleasant break. The kitchen is fully equipped. The house is located in the dunes, high up, which allows a perfect view. The sauna was quickly hot. The golf course is right opposite. We only had a few suggestions and thoughts: - we would have liked a small guide for the house: the sauna (timer), heating (air conditioning, radiator or heat pump?), the fireplace - the couch sags a lot, we couldn't lay comfortably - a full-length mirror would have been great - a dog basket would be nice, so the guest dog also has a place - shoehorn

The holiday home is very modern and elegantly furnished, the kitchen equipment, dishes, plates, cups, bowls, casserole dishes ... nothing was missing, everything generously provided. The house is very nicely and tastefully decorated. From the living room, you look directly onto the golf course, giving you a fantastic view of the green. We had a wonderful time in the house. Definitely again. We really liked the house, greetings to the owners and many thanks!

The house is very nice and comfortably furnished. The facilities are great, and the outdoor whirlpool as well as the sauna ensure a great time even in bad weather. We would book the house again anytime and recommend it.

Great layout of the rooms, cozily furnished, very well equipped, great layout and arrangement of the terraces. And despite the direct proximity to the main road, still quiet.
