Holiday home for 8 people with electric car charging point

The house is very functionally furnished. Especially the kitchen is quite complete. We particularly like that the terrace is equipped not with a wooden floor, but with tiles. This minimizes the potential ignition of dry leaves under a wooden floor when grilling. The masonry border of the terrace also ensures a windless sunbathing experience.

The house is located at the end of a small cul-de-sac, practically in a dead end. You can easily access the property, and 3 cars can comfortably park side by side in front of the entrance. After the small entrance area in front of the door, you enter directly into the house. A narrow hallway leads directly towards the kitchen and living area. Opposite each other from the hallway are 4 rooms, 2 children's rooms at the entrance, followed by 2 rooms for 2 adults. The rooms are not huge, but with built-in wardrobes above and next to the bed, there is enough storage space for clothing and such. Also in the rooms for 2 children. The kitchen is very spacious and practically open to the living area. The kitchen offers a lot of space, both in terms of storage and workspace, on a large granite slab. On the back side of the kitchen are cabinets for dishes, cups, and such, almost directly at the large dining table. The dining table can be made smaller if there are fewer people. Adjoining is the spacious and cozy living room with a modern leather couch, a nice stable table, and 2 more leather armchairs with footrests. In the mentioned armchairs, you can watch TV, read, or just relax. A fireplace is also present in the living area. Adjacent to the living area is another bedroom with a large bed and wardrobe. This is the largest bedroom, with ample space and its own bathroom right next to it. There are also a washing machine and dryer. Just like the first bathroom, which is accessible from the kitchen, this is very modern, spacious, and there is plenty of storage space. The showers are large and provide enough space. The highlight of the large bedroom, aside from its own bathroom, is the access to the terrace. This is rather rare. Otherwise, the large terrace is accessible through the living area, practically directly from the breakfast table to the terrace. It extends across the entire width of the house, with a dining area and space to sunbathe, relax, play, etc. The sun is present almost the entire day on the terrace. As the house is made of stone, it is always pleasantly cool inside, even when it is hot outside. The small play area directly on the terrace includes a small swing and a sandbox. Since this small area is fenced, it is also ideal for dog owners. This way, the little ones can play or lie outside without anyone having to worry about someone getting "lost."

We felt very comfortable there. Everything was available, clean, tidy, and cozy. A place to unwind. Beautiful and quiet surroundings.

If you are looking for a large house with good amenities - especially in the kitchen - this is the perfect place. The furnishings are, of course, a matter of taste, but in very good condition. We had a wonderful time there.
