Unfortunately, the furniture is very worn, the dishes are jumbled together and some kitsch. Many light switches to try and plenty of power strips. Unfortunately, the terrace has also seen its best days. However, you can enjoy every single sunny day around the house.

Riskrogen 18 is a lovingly furnished, 2-story bungalow with an almost completely surrounding terrace, with seating options on a west and east terrace. The house itself is accessible via the basement. There is also the possibility to access the terraces via an external staircase. In the basement, there are 2 bedrooms, with the rear one having a double bed. The second bedroom is a passage room with a bunk bed, providing 3 sleeping options. Furthermore, there is a shower bathroom, which also has a whirlpool. Here you will also find a washing machine and dryer. Upper floor You reach here via a wooden staircase, which opens into the open living/dining area. There is also a small writing corner. Next to it, there is a small toilet bathroom. Additionally, there are 2 separate bedrooms. One has a large double bed, and the other has 2 separate single beds. The kitchen is large enough and very well equipped. An oven, induction stove with extractor hood, dishwasher, coffee maker, coffee machine, toaster, freezer & refrigerator, as well as a large sink find their place here. Also, the east terrace, which is surrounded by a wall, can be accessed via the kitchen. Here there is a dining table with 6 chairs, a sunshade, and 1 small grill. The dining area consists of a large table with a corner seat bench and 4 chairs, where you can comfortably eat, chat, and also play. The living area is adjacent, with a leather couch that seats 5 people, as well as 2 leather lounge chairs, a leather seat chair, and a corner bench by the fireplace that would also seat about 8 people. From the living/dining area, you can access the west terrace, with views of stunning sunsets behind the dunes. There is also a dining table where 6 people can sit. The house also has 3 sun loungers. Via the west terrace, you can reach the path to the North Sea. Worth mentioning is the garage next to the house entrance, where you can, for example, store your bicycles.

The house is equipped with everything you need. The panoramic view is magnificent.
